NON JUDGMENT

When you cre8 self you have to step over and around your own self judgment and self criticism to a place of non judgment.  Otherwise all you’ll do is wish for changing you.  You’re ego will simply slap you in the face and tell you all the excuses why you cannot possibly do it.  Then, of course, you won’t do it.

Gently tell your ego:

Ego, I give you permission to fully integrate with my higher self and be all that you can be.

Say this three times or more until you begin to feel your energy shift out of high anxiety gear.  That’s where your energy has actually been while your ego has been telling you all those lies.  Say this affirmation every time you find yourself doubting your abilities or changes you want to make in your life.  Once in a calmer more centered state just pick up and create or do at least one step towards creating you.

This process takes time and a lot of practice.  It took all your life to be you today.  It will take time to undo your conditioning and belief systems to find your authentic you.  When you do, you keep what works and tweak or change what doesn’t work for you.  It’s all in your control.  You’re creating who you really are in tune with your soul.

We are conditioned from childhood to require permission to do everything in our lives.  It is no different to undo that conditioning.  So by giving your ego permission to integrate with your higher self you are helping it feel more comfortable to temporarily step off to the side of the command post and let you begin to rewire the programming.

It’s taken a lot of years for me to sit down and create Liliput, drawing above.  So be patient with yourself.  As long as you never give up stepping into your fears you’ll find a new you little by little.  Trust Spirit and you.

I love this idea of speaking to ego and giving it permission to move–thank you! Your words ring true.
