Stay tuned is my message to all of us for 2021. We have all been in the midst of so much change and upheaval since March of 2020 and for the last four years. Admittedly I have not done my best with this and my entire being knows it. It all has seemed far too much for any of us to cope with, as you all already know.

Now, however, I have more concerning surprises for you to digest. You need to start, if you haven’t already, and increase, if you already do this, to particularly stay tuned to your body, emotions and thoughts. We are not only in the midst of political and economic disruptions that are wrecking havoc on us. We are also in the midst of earth changes and Space Weather changes that effect our health. These occurrences fluctuate from time to time and your body can tell you a lot by its reactions to those occurrences.

All of these changes effect us on all levels of our being, particularly our Electromagnetic Field, our Aura. Which means our health on all levels is being effected daily now. Many physical symptoms can occur with all of these earth and space weather changes. They can effect heart, blood pressure, breathing, stomach, feeling nauseated, headaches, pressure in the head and sinus, pain in strange places in your body as well as increase pain in existing areas, nervousness, mood or depression, as well as anxiety and sleeplessness. Even if you have never had any of these concerns before, they can cause these effects. They are manageable if you tune in and help your body at that time.

Even the Schumann Resonance, the earth magnetic pulse, which has been steady for decades and resonates with our body, is fluctuating at incredible highs and lows every week now. Some things are occurring in space and on earth that scientists cannot explain at this time.

You need to remain hydrated as much as possible all day, drink plenty of water and electrolytes, eat smaller healthier meals to prevent pressure in your body from digestion and gas, and avoid stress where you can. Be sure to get exercise and fresh air as well when possible. Tune into your body to know how it feels so you can tell when something is happening to you.

Natural ways to help yourself are with essential oils, herbs, eating lighter healthier food and meals, drink plenty of water and electrolytes, meditation and breath work or just breathing deeply. Sometimes it may feel like your are in a vacuum and your breath is taken away like on an airline flight or a fast ascent or descent on an amusement ride. This is because the air pressure is changing so rapidly. At those times open a window or door to ventilate the room or your car for a quick fix and then take any additional actions you feel will help at that time. If necessary, contact your doctor or go to hospital emergency.

If you have any current health conditions, be sure to check with your doctor to make sure your conditions are in balance for you. Ask him or her about your health condition with regards to how your body or emotions might react should any of these potential symptoms of earth and space weather changes occur in you.

Your doctor will probably have no idea what you mean about earth and space weather changes and symptoms as that was not part of their training to be a doctor. These are new scenarios we are all living with now and must adapt to. Individual responsibility of our own bodies is how we are going to do that, including helping to educate those who are not aware the best we can. Please be aware that not everyone will believe or care as much as you do.

Take advantage of online resources to educate yourself more. Whether you believe in climate change or not, these effects on our body, mind and emotions are real and can have a life threatening potential to some people if you are not paying attention.

Do online searches for Schumann Resonance, earths electromagnetic field, space weather, solar flares, air pressure, solar winds, and those will lead you to many more topics you may wish to follow. YouTube is full of channels that cover all of this data on a daily basis, including NOAA. You will have to learn for yourself who you wish to listen to, but I recommend choosing at least 2 or 3 sites on YouTube to watch and follow, even if they don’t always agree with each other on all points. That will lead you to learn more.

We are in such changing times of the world in every area of life right now and it is imperative that we take more individual responsibility for our own health and lives. Covid 19 Pandemic has shown us that doctors, nurses, hospitals, entire medical communities and governments cannot handle it all alone. They need each of us to do our part and share in the responsibility of caring for our own health as prevention and maintenance. Stay tuned to your own body, mind and emotions to take care of you before it’s a crisis.
